GIANA stands for Gastrointestinal Image ANAlysis and it is an initiative between CVC-UAB and ETIS laboratory at ENSEA/University of Cergy-Pontoise/CNRS. Within this initiative, we have developed real time polyp detection methods and we have worked in the development of robust validation frameworks. These validation frameworks have been used as part of GIANA sub-challenge, part of EndoVis challenge at MICCAI conference.
